Pop Smoke, born July 20, 1999 in the United States is a popular and wealthy Rapper. CardiB posted an Instagram video in which she sang Welcome to the Party. Bashar Barakah Jackson (July 20 1999 - February 19, 2020) known professionally under the term Pop Smoke, was an American musician and rapper. Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records signed him. Pop Smoke became popular for his Brooklyn drill style after working in collaboration with UK drill producers 808Melo Axl Beats, Yoz Beatz, and 808Melo Axl Beats. In April of 2019, he dropped the song Welcome to the Party the leading single off his mixtape debut Meet the Woo which was launched in July of this year. The remixes for the song Welcome to the Party were done in August by American rapper Nicki Minaj and British artist Skepta. Pop Smoke debuted his first mixtape Meet the Woo in 2019. In April 2019 Pop Smoke released his track Welcome to the Party, the track that became his signature. The song was later remixed 2 times, the first time featuring Nicki Minaj and the other with Skepta in August 2019. This song is notable due to the usage of UK drills, a technique that was to be found throughout his discography. It was due to his regular collaborations with British drill producer 808Melo. Some of his most well-known tracks includes Mpr Flexin and Dior. After the release of Welcome to the Party in 2013, he has collaborated with numerous famous artists to create songs, including War which features Lil Tjay; and 100k on the coupe, which features Calboy.
